OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our plan is to always provide the most efficient and cost-effective approach to total job cost. Fewer runs, cleaner lines, and more efficiency are the goals. The basic idea is to combine industry leading technology with our proprietary engineering design system and outstanding logistics – that means you get chemical where you need it when you need it. Since no stool can stay on only two legs, our system is built on these three pillars:

Our products are designed to chemically surround, lift, and carry out the solids, oil, grease, and “bad actors” (PCB, Benzene, etc.) that are left behind in many pipelines. Whether you are doing online or offline cleaning, the basic concepts and mechanisms are the same – even though the chemistry may be slightly different. Our products are uniquely formulated with chemicals that provide wetting, detergency, solubilization, emulsification, dispersion, foaming, and defoaming. The goal is to have chemicals that can penetrate deposits, and then lift and carry these deposits out of the pipe – all while using the least number of runs as possible. This special blend of chemicals represents a critical balance between all the molecules that have shown proven performance over many years and many jobs performed out in the field.

It is not enough to have industry-leading chemistry. You must know how to apply this chemistry. Our PIPECLEAN Design Module Workbook, is proprietary to PCS and PCS only. We take inputs such as length, diameter, type of material in the line, history of line, etc. and provide an engineered solution for cleaning.

Many companies are afraid to carry inventory due to capital being tied up, year-end taxes, etc. We are not afraid of inventory. In fact, we know you HAVE to have it. Even though we drive a majority of our business through a just-in-time process of taking our main products straight from the reactor and/or blender out to the job site – we also understand that sometimes you just have to have inventory “just in case”. We also answer our phone 24/7/365 with competent, experienced industry experts that can help with any issue you may have.

Pipeclean

Chemical cleaning products for all of your online and offline cleaning needs. These are formulated with a unique blend of wetting agents, solubilizers, emulsifiers, dispersants, detergents, foamers, and defoamers. These are designed for both online and offline applications and can range from 5% to 10% application rates – depending upon the product chemistry and the job needs. We also offer a variety of solvent blends that can help clean an oil line and remove organic deposits from your pipeline.

Pipeprotect

These are corrosion inhibitor products that provide a variety of functionality. We have 3-in-1 products for mothballing, along with both water soluble and oil soluble corrosion inhibitors. These corrosion inhibitors are designed to protect pipelines in a variety of ways, including forming chemically bonded films on the metal surface, protecting against bacterially induced corrosion, and protecting against erosion corrosion.

D-Foam

These products are designed to cut down the foam that can occur during the unique PCS cleaning process for both offline and online applications. A variety of products are available depending upon the application being done in the field.
