Tyler Garber has been a part of N2 Solutions since October of 2024. Tyler brings experience from different jobs he previously worked, such as a coordinator, administrator, and manager. Tyler has been eager to expand his knowledge and is becoming a great team member here at N2 Solutions.

Tyler attended Saint Thomas More High School in Lafayette, LA from 2006 to 2010. After high school, Tyler attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for three years in Business Management, gaining valuable knowledge and skills that have contributed to his knowledge and experience to become a project manager now.
Tyler's professional journey started with Greene's Energy Group as an administrator in 2011. After five years, Tyler moved on with other companies such as Verataur, Tiger Safety Rentals, Acadian Contractors, Inc., Green Leaf Tree Services, and now N2 Solutions. With 15 years of experience in inventory management and procurement, Tyler has honed in on skills that he brings to N2 now. Some of these skills include coordinating equipment needs for projects, ensuring timely quotes to customers, overseeing maintenance for multiple facilities, implementing new inventory systems, and tracking assets efficiently.
As a project manager, Tyler is responsible for presenting prepared estimates to management, as well as participating in project design meetings where he can propose improvements if necessary. Tyler ensures that all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. He also directs project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails, as well as communicating with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Tyler helps adhere to budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. To complete projects successfully, he develops job completion explanations and prepare final costs for invoicing. Moreover, Tyler maintain and update the project database system to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Tyler has multiple achievements, focusing more so on volunteer work. Along with his wife, Tyler participated in the hospitality suite for Festival International de Louisiane, held each year in Lafayette, LA, greeting and networking while making sure everyone felt welcome and had a good time. He also helped out at the Latin Music Festival in Lafayette, assisting in the community engagement tent while soaking up some great tunes. Tyler also likes assisting with the Louisiana Husky Rescue with training and rehabilitating our foster huskies. Tyler states that it's been rewarding to contribute to these causes and meet so many amazing people along the way. Lastly, one of Tyler's loves is to spend time outdoors—whether it’s going deer and duck hunting with family, casting a line for some fishing, or hitting the trails for a good hike.
